Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Not be prohibited from using our platform under applicable laws.
You must create an account to access certain features of the Site.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You may list AI agents that you have the rights to sell.
You must provide accurate descriptions and ensure the functionality as advertised.
You are solely responsible for fulfilling your obligations to the buyer.
You are responsible for reading the full listing before purchasing.
You assume responsibility for verifying compatibility and performance.
We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the quality, legality, or performance of agents listed. We are not a party to transactions and disclaim liability arising from disputes between users.
Payments are handled through third-party processors. We do not store or process payment information.
We may charge platform or listing fees, which will be clearly disclosed.
Refunds, if applicable, are handled at the discretion of the seller unless stated otherwise.
You agree not to:
Violate any laws or third-party rights.
Upload malicious code, bots, or unauthorized scripts.
Misrepresent your identity or content.
List AI agents that infringe on intellectual property or violate terms of their respective platforms (e.g., Zapier, Relevance AI).
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or other users’ accounts.
The Site, logo, and original content are owned by AI Agents Templates and protected by intellectual property laws.
Sellers retain ownership of their submitted AI agents but grant us a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute their listings on our platform.
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
Remove listings or content that breach these Terms or cause harm to other users or the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the use of the Site will not exceed the total amount paid (if any) by you to us in the past 12 months.
The platform and all content are provided “as-is” and “as-available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free or free from harmful components.
